The goal of this website is simple: to assemble an “all star consumer advocacy team” and have that team provide consumers like yourselves with direct access to effective advice.

We are using this approach for two reasons. First, finding information that you want, need and is effective is often hard to find or simply just not there. Second, and I hope you appreciate this honesty, the plain truth is that I don’t know of one consumer advocate or ombudsman that can supply top notch, quality information on every single issue that a consumer needs - its impossible.

With that in mind, we are putting together the nation’s first All Star Team that consists of consumer advocates and ombudsmen, and as we grow, so will they!

In fact, to ensure our standards, advocates are invited to participate and that invitation is based on the following standards: 

• They are specialists in a specific area;
• They actively promote consumer protection principles;
• They have a website, email address, office, phone number or way to be professionally contacted;
• They give advice - GOOD ADVICE!
